Odell Beating and Cover Up by Ashland Police

This is a letter written by Attorney Joseph Hennessey for his client, Richard Odell to the Ashland Town Manager/Police Commissioner, Middlesex District Attorney, US Attorney, FBI, and the Massachusetts Attorney General.  This letter details an alleged incident involving members of the Ashland Police Department on December 26, 2012 and the subsequent cover up by other members of the Ashland Police Department.
